    I have been using Mixed Chicks Leave-In conditioner for many years now. There is not another product on the market that works for my natural curls like this one does. I get separate loose curls. That’s what I’ve always wanted. For everyday soft curls, this is the best product I have found. I also use the Mixed Chicks Deep Conditioner now and then to give extra “food” to my hair.     I’ve been using this product for a while now. Just finished my second bottle, but our local stores no longer carry it ☹️. So I ordered some (plus a couple other products to try). I like that there isn’t a strong fragrance (it’s subtle), and it doesn’t make my hair feel gunky. I wash my hair twice a week (it’s waist-length and curly, mix of natural gray/brown/blonde; I’m 54). I would’ve given 5 stars, but it doesn’t quite control my frizz as well as I’d like (maybe it would if I used a lot more, but I don’t want to load up my hair too much.)

Definition & frizz control for curly/wavy:

  1. apply leave-in conditioner to wet hair, scrunch
  2. wring hair out with fingers
  3. air dry, or if you are in a hurry, sit under a hooded dryer or use a diffuser (no towel or blow-dry needed)

An easy routine for straight:

  1. shampoo and rinse
  2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
  3. apply Mixed Chicks straightening serum or a little leave-in to damp hair
  4. blow-dry
  5. use a flat iron or another styling accessory
  6. finish with hair silk for added shine
