curly/wavy:
1. apply leave-in conditioner to wet hair, scrunch
2. wring hair out with fingers
3. air dry, or if you are in a hurry, sit under a hooded dryer or use a diffuser (no towel or blow-dry needed)
for straight hair:
1. shampoo and rinse
2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
3. apply Mixed Chicks straightening serum or leave-in to damp hair
4. blow-dry
5. use a flat iron or another styling accessory
6. finish with hair silk for added shine
SALON PROFESSIONAL SECRET: while it is best to air dry with this product, some people like a <b>diffused</b> blow dryer on low heat for added volume.
Some like to do a two-strand twist with out leave in, on wet hair, then air dry for a great look!

I’ve experimented with dozens of leave-in products over the years, and if I could have only one for the rest of my days, this would be it. It’s the one I come back to again and again. I’m purchasing a 2-ounce sample to carry in my purse, and a 1-liter bottle with pump for home. Sometimes I combine it with other products, but just as often I use it alone. I have 3B dry flyaway curls that require lightweight moisture and definition. I don’t like gel or mousse, and I don’t need them when I use this leave-in conditioner. It has just enough “hold” to make my hair look great while still feeling soft and touchable. I think it would work for lots of curl types, depending on how much you use and how you apply/combine it. I smooth a touch on wet hair for the moisture, and another touch (mixed with water on my hands) on air-dried hair for styling. I also love that it doesn’t have heavy fragrance. It has the slightest hint of a mild clean scent that’s virtually unnoticeable and universally usable.

This is my Holy Grail for my unruly curly hair. All my life, I have had a love hate relationship with my curls. the leave in conditioner has made me love my curls again. Keeps my curls soft without weighing my hair down or leaving it greasy.
