I love these bands! I ordered charcoal but I got black. I reached out to see how I could exchange for what I ordered and payed for, and never received a response. Oh well. As much as I love this product, I won’t be ordering again, as the customer service is non-existent.

We can’t live without these hair ties. Not only are they affordable, they come in both fun and neutral colors. They last longer than all of our other spring hair ties and they don’t pull out my son’s curls or my straight hair. Do not pass them up!

The bands are long lasting, easy to remove with minimal tangle.

These are nice for thick curly hair, and don’t get tangled or snagged as easily as traditional hair bands. My teenage daughter prefers these to regular hair bands. They do require a lot of hair though, they are too big for my 5 year old daughter’s hair. Maybe a smaller size option would be nice.

Awesome bands. I love these. They don’t break and hold my curls well. Pro-tip- throw them in with towels washed on hot if they get too stretched out and they shrink back.

I use the bands to pull hair into a ponytail and it never loses its curl or puts a dent into the curls. Expands greatly but hasn’t stretched out yet! Sometimes the curls do get a little tangled but I think that comes with the territory. And I wish it came in no color(clear) and were available where Mixed Chicks is in stores
