    I have butt-length wavy, yet fine, hair. It tangles easily. After using Mixed Chicks deep conditioner, I can comb my hair easily after washing. I haven’t found anything that compares. My only complaint is that it makes the bottom of the bathtub slippery so you must use caution when moving around.

DIRECTIONS FOR DETANGLING AND DEEP CONDITIONING

  • The simple version: apply to wet hair, comb through, and rinse.

An easy curly/wavy routine:

  1. shampoo and rinse
  2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
  3. apply leave-in conditioner to wet hair, scrunch
  4. wring hair out with fingers
  5. air dry, or if you are in a hurry, sit under a hooded dryer or use a diffuser (no towel or blow-dry needed)

For straight hair:

  1. shampoo and rinse
  2. condition, comb or brush, and rinse
  3. apply Mixed Chicks straightening serum to damp hair
  4. blow-dry
  5. use a flat iron or another styling accessory
  6. finish with hair silk for added shine

Styling Tip: Reduce breakage for healthier-looking hair. By combing through tangles while hair is wet, you can reduce breakage.  Less breakage over time encourages more healthy-looking hair.
