    My daughter is two and has coils that tend to get very knotted after a day of playing, naps, car seat rubbing, etc.
    This conditioner gets the tangles out without tears. I’ve tried a dozen other brands. This is hands down the best!

    Honestly I hate how their kids line, don’t have any “smelly good stuff”. Their kids conditioner, is fragrance free, which I’m not to fond of. As far as the product, it works good. I just wish they would add some “smelly good stuff”.

    I am 22 and use this on my hair! I was still looking for a more traditional conditioner since my hair isn’t super dry, but still needs more moisture than straight hair. I also have hair that gets knotty very easily, and this helped get the knots out!

    This whole line of kids products is the only one I will use on my daughter’s hair now. She is biracial black/white with long fairly coarse curly hair. I have tried many products but after 1 or 2 washes I always come back to Mixed Chicks. It’s worth every penny. I don’t even try other products any more. I’ve been using the whole kids line on her since she was 18 months and her hair and scalp are beautiful. Curls stay tight and hydrated for days. She gets so many compliments all the time.

    This product is wonderful. The best thing to me is that my daughter doesn’t cry while I wash her hair it’s very helpful with detangling. I’ve only used the condition, leave-in conditioner, and the detangle product.

    I use it on my daughter’s hair and she curly hair. It used to take me about 30 minutes to detangle her hair with other products and she would be crying while i was doing it. But now with Mixed Chicks conditioner, it takes about 5 minutes and I put in the leave in condition afterward and she is done for the next 3-4 days. I am loving it and it is the best product on the market for anyone with curly hair.

    The conditioner is okay, but not great. I really don’t like the smell.(My son is bi-racial black/white) The conditioner makes my son’s hair really soft after I wash it, 2 hours later it becomes frizzy.

    These products were recommended as I was trying to understand my daughter’s mixed hair – complete opposite of mine. I’ve tried several other products and this is one of our favorites. We use as a daily leave-in conditioner. It is gentle enough to use daily (other products have made her scalp itch), when we do use as rinse out it doesn’t sting her eyes, and it holds curls throughout the day very well. I would buy a larger size bottle if it were avaialble.

    I’ve tried so many products over the last 7 years and this is the first one that I used that WORKS! For the first time, my daughter didn’t cry, cringe or complain. I was able to pull the comb through the first 10 inches of her hair with no problem, only slightly detangling the ends.Hair washing in my house used to be a tramatic experience for both of us.     I began using the adult line on my daughter’s very curly hair before they came out with the kids line. I loved the adult, but thought I’d give the kids a try & was not as impressed. I’m back to usig the adult products on her hair & am seeing much better results! She has sensitive skin & never had a reaction from the adult line. MixedChicks.net responds: We are glad you gave the product a try. Some people choose to go with the adult line for kids.

    My daughter is a Mixed Chick (I am black and her father is white) and I started to noticed that after I shampooed her hair she would scratch her head like crazy! So I tried putting a very light covering of oil in her hair and it just sat there. So I went to the beauty supply store and looked for Mixed Chicks kids line (I saw it on YouTube) And this conditioner works WONDERS on her hair! I don’t even need the leave in (yet)! No more itchy scalp! Thank you!

    This stuff works FANTASTIC! I condition her hair twice a week this stuff, and it’s really all my daughter needs. We were using the the leave in conditioner but over time it started to leave my daughter’s hair crunchy, dry & I hated the tiny spiral curls that deveoloped. All I need to use is this stuff conditioner twice a week & in the morning I wet her hair with a little bit of Coconut Oil (100% organic)! Viola! It’s good to go. Her curls are big, huge and soft! So, while the leave in conditioner did not work for us, the regular conditioner I do plan on purchasing again.

    I just used this on my 5 y/o and 3 y/o boys and 6 mos old baby girl and I love this product line. My 5 y/o has hair to his shoulders, my 3 y/o hair is very dry and kinky and all it took was one suirt for each of them and no crying while I was combing their hair….I couldn’t believe it. It has great slippage which really helps. My only complaint with your kids line is no economy sizes. I have 5 children and would definitley buy them!

    I have been waiting for a child’s product that is tear free from Mixed Chicks. I love the original product for my daughters hair and honestly her hair has grown significantly in the last year since I started using it. However, I was deterred by the bottle size. I would pay for the large economy bottles just the same. My daughter has super thick, long curls and it takes quite a bit of conditioner for her hair. The thickness of the conditioner made it impossible for the pump to work. I had to sit it in scalding water to loosen it up so that I could get it out of the bottle and it only lasted her about 3 washes. Miner issues, but I love it otherwise, and I hope that it will be offered in larger economy sizes soon! Love Mixed Chicks for my daughter’s hair!
