    My go to when I am washing my hair. Dont like to use the shampoo because it doesn’t leave my hair as moist as this does. I use the shampoo when I’ve been using heavy amounts of product. I use this when I need to wash my head (after a heavy workout, etc.), and I use conditioner without a wash on other days.
