This product is amazing to add a boost to your daily conditioning routine in the shower. I put this in right when I get in the shower, and let is sit in my hair until I am done with the rest of my routine in the shower (about 15-20 mins, but however long you shower!). Once rinsed out, it leaves your hair so silky. Also, is great for detangling!
