Next, make sure you don’t skip out on deep conditioning. Deep conditioning is essential for color-treated hair because it gives it that extra hydration, adds moisture, and can help prevent breakage. Last, but certainly not least, us girly girls know that washing your hair every day can dry out curls and cause breakage, but you are more prone to dryness and breakage when you have color-treated hair.
