Target sold little trial size bottles of this product. When they stopped selling them I went full panic mode because I was worried about not being able to use it ever again! It’s so good. I have thin but lots of wavy sometimes curly hair and it doesn’t way it down at all. I don’t mind paying $10 for a bottle since it will last me a while as I only wash my hair every few days. I love this stuff. They have a lifetime customer in me.

I have been using this shampoo for years, now. I tried a sample packet of it initially, and fell in love with it and decided to order the full sized product shortly after.
My hair is very curly and very thick. It dries in very tight curls and tends to have way more volume than I care for it to have. However, using this shampoo and the Mixed Chicks conditioner, my hair dries really nicely, without poofing out too much, leaving me with the option to actually wear it down if I want to.

Love, love, love this shampoo. This shampoo is very gentle and after using it my hair feels nice and clean and soft! I am in the pool every week for my toddler’s swim lessons and I use this after and it does a great job getting the chlorine out of my hair!

This is the only product that I keep coming back to that tames my color-treated dry frizzy curls. Others seem to work for a while then..my dry frizzy curls come back. And with the super cold winter we are having….well I would Highly recommend

I have tried many clarifying shampoos, those that were very pricey, and those that you can easily get out of the drugstores for cheap. They would all really dry out my hair and leave it feeling and looking like straw. But this shampoo is totally different. It totally rids my hair of all deep down dirt, grime, buildup, and pollution and it doesn’t leave my hair feeling absolutely stripped of moisture afterwards. I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

To begin with, even the simple design of the bottle makes it SO easy to use while showering. I don’t know if I’m the only one, but I hate havign trouble trying to get product out while I’m showering. Needless to say the simple design of the product itself deserves recognition. I’ve been having the Brazilian Blowout done to my hair for the past few years, and its been so difficult to find a shampoo that lathers well, ACTUALLY cleanses my hair, without drying it out. This bottle does just that. Best part is, its light and gentle enough to use as often as you’d like without drying out your hair, yet for me can also do a “deep wash” when necessary. The smell is also nice and clean yet light. My favorite aspect of the shampoo has to be that it literally does cleanse my hair within the first lather, and unlike other shampoos does not require at minimum 2 washes each time!!

I found mixed chicks online and told my mom we should get it!So we ordered the sample and it came!I was so excited about it!I used the shampoo,deep conditioner,and leave-in and it made my hair curly and wavy. It looked good wet!When it dried though, it started to look dry and a little frizz.I don’t know if it was because extremely dry hair or what!I had always been using flat irons and I just didn’t want to keep getting that heat on my hair like that.Only occasionally!I had really good hair when I was a little kid,I am black with a mixed background of Japanese,Irish,Italian,Jewish,native american,middle eastern,Hispanic,and islander.It was long and kinky.Until I was 12 and got a relaxer.It was horrible!It broke of my hair and thinned it.It took many growth treatments,braids and many other things, it has grown back.Not to where it used to be but it has its thickness.My hair is getting their though!Mixed Chicks made my hair very soft and manageable,but since my hair is probably my hair is damaged from heat it is dry.I like this stuff though.I applied organic gel to it and it made my hair curly but it was a little dry, when I wash it again I apply oil to the roots and curling gel and see what it does!Please suggest some things I should do!

I was skeptical. However, this product works great on my 4a hair. I noticed a difference the first wash. It softened my hair, detangled it, and made it manageable. Awesome product.

for the first time ever,my hair did not frizz in the rain after only one use.I used the product on my daughters hair that is fine and wavy,there is one patch that she clearly got from me. I can detangle her hair with my fingers in the bathtub with the product on and brushing is very easy. I then used it on my hair. even though it was raining, My hair stayed in place for the important business dinner. My head is also not inching,when everytime I change shampoo, I get dandruff. so fab product

I love this product, with me being a college student with thin wavy hair it makes it diffcult for me to find someone to manage my hair well. With this product my curls and waves became more defined.
